Nurturing Young Minds Through Creativity and Curiosity
Prior to becoming a primary school teacher in 2007, Julie’s background was rooted in the arts and costume production for theatre, film, and television. Since moving into teaching, she has worked principally in Year 1 and Reception, including a position as Early Years Leader. Julie has also led whole-school subject development for art and design and holds a master’s degree in Contemporary Art in Education from Goldsmiths.
Her passion lies in delivering meaningful and imaginative education that nurtures curiosity and supports creative learning. Outside of the classroom, Julie finds balance through yoga, swimming, and spending time in nature with friends and family.
