School hours are 8.30am-4.45pm Monday to Thursday.
Minibus services available from Parsons Green, Barnes, Fulham, Strawberry Hill, Kingston, Putney, Wandsworth, Southfields and Wimbledon.
One-off charges
Registration fees:
There is a non-refundable £100 registration fee which secures you a place on our waiting list.
Acceptance deposit:
An acceptance deposit of £2,000 is required on formal acceptance of a school place. This includes the £750 enrolment fee and a £1250 deposit. The £1250 deposit will be refunded after your child’s final term’s fees, providing the family have given at least one terms notice in writing. Please note that acceptance of a place constitutes an agreement to pay fees by the day before the first day of each term.
Reception Year & Fees
We are able to claim the Government 15 or 30 hour funding for Reception aged children up until the term after their fifth birthday.
Fees can also be paid via the Tax-Free Childcare Scheme for children until the term after their fifth birthday, you can learn more about Tax Free Childcare here: https://www.gov.uk/get-tax-free-childcare
Notes on Fees
Review: Fees and extras are subject to annual review and periodical increase.
Payment: Fees are due and payable on or before the first day of each term. A child may be excluded from Liberty Woodland School at any time when fees are unpaid.
Withdrawal: One full term's notice in writing is required to withdraw a pupil from the School. If such notice is not given, a term's fees in lieu of notice will become due immediately and the £1,250 deposit not returned.
A full term’s notice in writing is required before any change to the above.
